ELVAC is a joint stock company of the holding form, which has a group of subsidiaries considering production of industrial and special PC systems and providing commercial, technical, engineering and distribution services in industrial automation and heavy current electrical engineering as well as services in the area of ecology, illuminated advertising, production of single-purpose machines and providing business activities.

| 2008 | In the course of 2008 and 2009 all our organization units of the holding will gradually take the name of ELVAC into their business names. The present name of ELCOM will thus be replaced. This change reflects the decision of the company VAE CONTROLS, s.r.o. to enter the company ELCOM GROUP a.s. as a strategic partner. |

| 2006 | Founding of the subsidiary ELCOM PROMEDIA, Ltd. dealing in production of neon and light components and advertisements.
Due to the permanent growth and development, company has moved to a new building that is sufficient with its capacity for the company needs. The new headquarters in the Hasičská Street in Ostrava-Hrabůvka.. There was a capital entrance of an electrical engineering company Ingelectric a.s. into a daughter company ELCOM AUTOMATION, s.r.o. This alliance means broader expert background and an opportunity to penetrate into new markets. |
